DeRosa is the daughter from the second-generation of Italian parents Thomas and Antoinette DeRosa.

She was first exposed to show business at the young age of eight when she was cast in her in The Wizard of Oz. After graduating from the UCLA School of Theater, Film and Television she attended programs such as The Larry Moss Studio, The Groundlings, and The Kahn Institute. She has been working steadily in film, television, and modeling.

Christina DeRosa has a regular role on Cinemax’s Zane's Sex Chronicles. Her credits include Comedy Central’s Reno 911!, General Hospital, The CW's Everybody Hates Chris, and HBO's Entourage in which she had the role of "Party Flasher" in the second episode of the fourth season called "The First Cut Is The Deepest", which was specifically written for her.[citation needed] She appeared in Extreme Movie, and The Grind in 2008 and is set to appear in Marco Polo, Group Sex and Run! Bitch Run! in 2009.

Christina was featured in the July 2007 issue of Playboy as "The After Hours Babe of the Month". Christina is busy rehearsing with pianist Cody Gillette, to debut in August with their Cabaret Piano Bar Show. She was casted for the Indie film Fetch who is directed by C.M. Downs, who portrayed in the lead Starlene Arbuckle.
